How we handle your information

What we collect

Financing applications. Your name, date of birth, gender (optional), phone number, email (optional), city and district, preferred branch, information about your business or group, the amount and term you request, its purpose, and any documents you choose to upload.

Contact form. Your name, phone number and/or email, the topic and your message.

We do not ask for passwords, bank card numbers or national identification numbers through this website.

Why we use it

To assess your financing request, to contact you about it, to answer your enquiry, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

Who can see it

Only authorised Maal Microfinance staff whose role requires it. Every access to application documents is recorded. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Application records are kept while your application is open and for a defined period after it is closed, after which they are deleted. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond.

Security

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. Uploaded documents are kept in private storage and are never publicly accessible.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or withdraw an application, by contacting info@maalmicrofinance.net or visiting a branch.
